Pendant made from laminated steel with othala rune hot chiseled into it.

Laminated steel (many times called Damascus steel nowadays) is hand-forged by me in my little medieval inspired forge. Laminating steel is a process of stacking layers of different steel one upon another and then heat them up to bright white temperature(where the outer layers of steel start to melt) and them applying force to merge them permanently (called forge welding). The pendant is ground, sanded and then deeply etched to bring out patterns, finished with oil coat to prevent corrosion.
